BeerPro operates as a private, utility-focused leaderboard system. We take your privacy seriously and ensure all data handling remains transparent and minimal.

1. Information We Collect

We only log information that is technically necessary to run our synchronized scoreboards:

• Account Identifiers: For League Admins, we collect your email and password via Supabase Auth to protect your league settings.
• Leaderboard Profiles: For all participating users, we store your chosen display name, active tracking status, and your historical session counts.

2. How We Use Data

Your information is dedicated exclusively to rendering live leaderboard positions and keeping track of your cumulative lifetime stats across different leagues. We do not use trackers, target advertisements, or trade user telemetry data to any third parties.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Security

All database transactions are securely isolated and processed by our primary back-end infrastructure provider, Supabase. Local state data is stored on your own hardware via browser localStorage.

4. Controlling Your Profile

Using the interface controls, players can opt out of live leaderboards at any time via the Leave League tool, which changes their active visualization status while keeping career historic aggregates safe.
